01
Folding too much vs BTN minraise from BB
Critical ●●● High Confidence
When BTN opens to 2x, you fold 51% of the time from the BB — GTO says you should only fold 30–36%. This means you are surrendering hands with excellent pot odds. At 2x you are getting 3:1 on a call; your defend frequency should be close to 60%, not 37%. BTN can open their entire range profitably because you never push back.

How to fix it
Open GTO Wizard → BB vs BTN 2x. Your defending range should include any pair, any suited connector down to 54s, K8s+, Q9s+, J8s+, A2s+. Before folding, ask yourself: am I really in the bottom 40% of my range? You almost never are vs a minraise.
02
4bet too low from CO — calling hands that should be 4bets
Critical ●●● High Confidence
When you open CO and face a 3bet, you only 4bet 6.7% — GTO requires 10–15%. This means hands like QQ, KK and AK are going in as calls instead of 4bets. Flat-calling these hands IP is a major mistake — it lets 3bettors play perfectly with a capped range read on you and full position. You are also 4betting too low OOP from CO (16% vs GTO 20–25%).

How to fix it
QQ and AK are always 4bets from CO — never calls. Add A5s and A4s as polarised bluff 4bets. Your IP target is 10–12%, OOP target is 20–22%. Run CO vs 3bet from BB and SB in GTO Wizard before your next session.
03
Under-defending BB vs BTN 2.5x and vs SB 3x
Critical ●●● High Confidence
The pattern from Leak #1 continues at larger sizings. vs BTN 2.5x you defend only 23% (GTO: 27–33%), and vs SB 3x only 32% (GTO: 38–45%). You are systematically too tight in the BB across all sizings — giving every position a free incentive to open wide against you because you fold too often.

How to fix it
vs BTN 2.5x add K8s, Q9s, J8s, T7s, 65s and any pair to your calling range. vs SB 3x your range should be significantly wider — SB opens the widest range at the table and is rarely at the top of their range when they 3x. Call K8s+, Q9s+, J8s+, any pair, A2s+ comfortably.
