How to fix it

Open GTO Wizard → BB vs BTN 2x. Your defending range should include any pair, any suited connector down to 54s, K8s+, Q9s+, J8s+, A2s+. Before folding, ask yourself: am I really in the bottom 40% of my range? You almost never are vs a minraise.

QQ and AK are always 4bets from CO — never calls. Add A5s and A4s as polarised bluff 4bets. Your IP target is 10–12%, OOP target is 20–22%. Run CO vs 3bet from BB and SB in GTO Wizard before your next session.
